1. Scope and Acceptance
This license becomes part of your purchase when it is presented to you and you accept it in connection with that purchase. It covers the purchased digital materials identified in your order. It does not include coaching, a group or facilitator license, a certification, or a future course unless your order expressly includes it. A written product-specific or group agreement controls any permissions it expressly changes.
2. Your Personal-Use License
When you pay for a digital product, Activate U or its rights holder grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it for your own personal, noncommercial learning and reflection. You may download and store copies on devices you use, make reasonable personal backup copies, print copies for your own use, and complete the included exercises. You retain ownership of your original personal responses. Copyright in the underlying prompts, exercises and materials remains with the applicable rights holder.
3. Uses Requiring Written Permission
- Sharing the product file, private download link or access credentials with another person.
- Uploading or posting the product to a website, social network, file-sharing service or shared drive accessible to others.
- Selling, renting, sublicensing, giving away or otherwise distributing copies to others.
- Using the material to teach, coach, facilitate a group, train employees or run a paid or unpaid program for others.
- Creating or distributing adaptations, translations, derivative workbooks, courses or other products based on protected material.
- Removing copyright, trademark or other ownership notices.
4. Groups, Churches, Organizations and Commercial Use
An individual purchase does not authorize group or organizational distribution. Contact hello@istaymad.com for written group, facilitator or commercial permissions before distributing materials or using them with others. Buying a facilitator guide does not by itself grant permission to copy participant materials unless its written license expressly allows that use. Nothing in this license restricts fair use or another right that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
5. Ownership and Access Links
You receive a license to use the purchased product, not ownership of its copyright, trademark, framework or other intellectual property. Private download links are for your use and should be protected like a password. Do not publish them. If a link stops working or you lose access, contact support with your purchase email and order reference so we can verify the purchase and help.
6. Lifetime Download Access
Your digital purchase includes lifetime access to download the purchased product, subject to the refund and material-breach provisions below. This is not a subscription. It does not promise new editions, future products, coaching, continuous website availability or an unchanged file format. If delivery technology changes, we will provide a reasonable replacement method of accessing the purchased product. Keep your own backup copy and a record of purchase. We will not shorten the lifetime-access promise merely by revising this license or changing hosting services.
7. Refunds and Future Access
The Digital Products Refund Policy governs refunds and required consumer remedies. After an approved full refund, future download access to the refunded product stops. After an approved partial refund for an identified product, future access to that refunded product also stops; access to other products that were not refunded remains. These access changes are handled manually through support. We cannot remotely remove a file already saved on your device. This access rule does not remove any nonwaivable consumer right.
8. Material Breach
If you materially violate the license, we may suspend future access reasonably necessary to stop misuse and notify you using the contact information available to us. Where the breach can be corrected, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to correct it before terminating the license. Immediate suspension may be necessary for unauthorized distribution, fraud or security threats. Termination for material breach ends future use and access to the affected product, subject to applicable law and any required remedies. Ordinary personal use and an honest review are not grounds for termination.
9. Educational Purpose, Liability and Disputes
Materials provide general education and reflection, not individualized licensed professional advice or a guarantee of results. The warranties, liability limits and mandatory-rights exceptions in the Terms of Use apply. The Dispute Resolution Agreement applies only if validly accepted and not opted out of, and preserves its stated exceptions.

Email hello@istaymad.com or use Product/Order Support. Include the product, order reference and purchase email. We may request reasonable proof of purchase. We do not need your password or full payment-card number.
