Shipping Policy
Activate U ships all orders via United States Postal Service - Flat Rate Mail. Typically arrives within 7 business days (due to Covid-19 some shipping has delays). Please update your shipping information before ordering. No shipping on National Holidays.
NOTE: International customers, shipping starts at $25. Contact us for information.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal nature of these products, they cannot be returned.
Thank you for understanding.
Products returned due to a manufacturing error will be inspected and rectified. Once we receive the item, you will be issued a refund (pending inspection results) or we will send you the correct item.
NO RETURNS for Custom Shields, unless there was a manufacturing error.
