Clarity Session

Time Out With The Coach: a 30-minute clarity session.

Bring one decision, transition, or area of life that feels unresolved. In this focused conversation, LeVar will help you slow down, separate the signal from the noise, identify what deserves attention, and define one practical next step.

Best Fit

You can describe what feels off, but you want help sorting the signal from the noise.

Preparation

Bring the question, transition, decision, or area of life that feels most unclear.

Scope

Coaching can support clarity, purpose, direction, decision-making, action planning, and accountability. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical care, legal or financial advice, pastoral counseling, crisis intervention, or a promise that every question will be resolved in one session.

Privacy in Coaching

Coaching works best when you participate honestly, make your own decisions, and accept responsibility for your choices and actions.

Coaching conversations are treated as private, but they are not legally privileged in the same way as communications with some licensed professionals. Information may be disclosed with your permission, when required by law or court order, when reporting obligations apply, or when there is a serious and imminent concern about safety. Sessions may not be recorded by either party without advance written consent from everyone participating.

Support should fit the situation.

Coaching can help with clarity, purpose, direction, and accountability. If you are dealing with a mental-health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, severe anxiety, trauma, or immediate danger, seek licensed or emergency support. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
