Coaching can help with clarity, purpose, direction, and accountability. If you are dealing with a mental-health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, severe anxiety, trauma, or immediate danger, seek licensed or emergency support. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
