Information You Provide

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional telephone number, inquiry type, message, coaching intake responses, event registration information, order and delivery information, testimonial permissions, and communications with us.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We may receive transaction details such as purchaser name, email, amount, status, and limited payment information, but we do not receive or store a complete payment-card number.

Do not send Social Security numbers, detailed medical records, passwords, financial-account numbers, investigative records, or emergency information through the website.

Purchase and Digital Delivery Records

Square processes purchases and keeps payment and order history. We also use Microsoft Azure to maintain the records needed to deliver purchased files and support lifetime access. These records can include the buyer's email address, order and payment references, purchased products and file versions, delivery status, support actions, and recorded download-link activity. Delivery and support emails are handled through our email service. We do not store a complete payment-card number in the digital delivery system.

Download-link activity records show when our system prepared an authorized download redirect. They do not prove that someone saved or opened a file, and missing activity does not prove that the file was unused.

We keep records needed to support lifetime access and handle purchase-related questions. We review them when they are no longer needed for those purposes, subject to other applicable retention obligations. Unsubscribing from marketing emails is handled separately from purchase and support records.

Assessment and Reflection Tools

The Clarity Assessment calculates your result within your browser. Your answers are not sent to Activate U LLC. Reflection exercises save answers on your own device only when you select “Save on this device.” You can remove them with each exercise's clear button or your browser's storage controls. Downloaded reflections are files on your device.

If a future version transmits, stores, or associates assessment or reflection answers with a person, this policy and the on-page notice will be updated before that change is released.

Information Collected Automatically

The website and its service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, approximate region, timestamps, and error logs. Google Analytics starts automatically to understand visits and improve the site, unless you have rejected Analytics. Google may receive technical and usage information, including device and browser details, pages visited, approximate region and timestamps. In the United States, Analytics cookies are enabled by default unless you reject them. Outside the United States, Analytics cookies wait for your consent; Google may receive limited cookieless measurements before that choice. Select Allow cookies to permit Analytics cookies, or Reject to stop future Analytics collection by this tag. Closing the notice does not record consent or change the regional cookie defaults. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to allow cookies, reject Analytics or withdraw your choice; declining does not prevent use of the site. We do not use this setup for advertising personalization. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing. Some pages include embedded YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode. Loading or playing an embedded video connects your browser to YouTube/Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google's Privacy Policy applies to those connections.

How Information Is Used

  • respond to inquiries and route them to the appropriate service;
  • schedule and provide coaching, mentoring, speaking, workshops, and courses;
  • process orders, deliver products, provide support, and prevent fraud;
  • send requested reflections, newsletters, or marketing communications;
  • maintain records, improve the website, measure performance, and protect security;
  • comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights and safety.

Marketing email is sent only when permitted, and each marketing message provides an unsubscribe method. Administrative messages about a purchase, appointment, or inquiry are not marketing messages.

How Information Is Shared

We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, email, scheduling, video meetings, payments, fulfillment, shipping, customer management, data storage, and professional advice. They receive only the information reasonably necessary for their work.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or legal process; to investigate fraud or security concerns; to protect a person's rights, property, or safety; or as part of a business reorganization, sale, or transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Activate U LLC does not sell personal information for money and does not use coaching or assessment information for targeted advertising.

Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, contractual and safety responsibilities, dispute resolution, and legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Inquiry records are generally reviewed for deletion after 24 months when no relationship develops. Transaction and business records may be retained longer when legally or operationally required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Email is not a confidential crisis or clinical channel.

Children and Youth

The general website and individual clarity coaching are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13 without legally sufficient parental notice and consent. Youth-program inquiries should be submitted by a parent, guardian, school, agency, or authorized adult. If we learn that information was collected from a child in a manner not permitted by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Your Choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that Activate U LLC maintains about you, subject to identity verification and legal or recordkeeping exceptions. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Browser settings can control cookies and locally stored information, although disabling some storage may affect site features.

External Links and Policy Changes

The site may link to outside services, including a separate store, payment provider, YouTube, or social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We may update this policy as services and technology change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision.
